Add an incrementing kWh sensor for each CT on the Harvi #571
Comments
The text highlighting went a little wonky on that link, it made the relevant paragraph invisible. 🤷♂️🤣 https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/integration/#energy |
Note that you will need to reset the harvi CT clamp sensors to 0 after the last measurement, when no other current is sensed as that is what powers the harvi. The myenergi server takes care of inputs configured in their app, but my 2 extra sensors - which monitor a cooker - would keep adding to the daily consumption unless reset. I added a harvi-last-seen timestamp sensor and a 2 minute timer in HA to correct this. |
So is this ‘issue’ now closed? If so respectfully close it. |
When using the additional CT's on the Harvi, it would be great to have an incrementing kWh like
"myenergi Hub_xxxxxxx Grid import today". I want to use this to measure energy delivered on basic car charger for solar battery prediction programme Predbat in Home Asisstant.
