Version 0.0.2

The main focus of this release it to get everything under test coverage and to clean up to meet modern standards.
Switches for climate and direct charge has been added.

All tests have been done using a Taycan, there is support for adding test fixtures for other models, if you would like to test/add support for another Porsche model please create an issue and we'll sort it out.
