Incorporate support for intake, validation and packaging of HED data

  • Add upload field for *_events.json sidecar file.
  • Semantic and syntactic validation is already supported by the bids_validator tool. Verify that necessary functions are already called.
  • Ensure support for varying formats of *_events.tsv files. (Merge EEG2BIDS Bugfix #80 & release fix for edge cases)
