I am getting a similar crash on 1.21.4 but even while using 0.14.7 but when loading with fabric.

Are you using -Dmixin.debug.countInjections=true argument for launching the game?

No but I can

Mods being used
cloth-config-17.0.144-fabric.jar lithium-fabric-0.14.7+mc1.21.4.jar textile_backup-3.1.3-1.21.jar
fabric-api-0.114.3+1.21.4.jar Moonrise-Fabric-0.2.0-beta.7+6ec14ff.jar

and here is the crash with that flag on startup

To my knowledge the crash is only possible with the countInjections. Maybe explicitly set it to false

Can confirm with only Lithium 0.14.7 and Moonrise 0.2.0 beta7 using GraalVM 21 and explicitly setting the flag to false.
