This is a list of things that probably should be fixed but aren't a priority. If you're new here, this is a great place to start.

Todos:

Find some way to prevent compilation if precompilation is happening, but still allow multiple precompilations at the same time (maybe using mutex)
Replace CheckFatal macro in GILBuildEngine with exceptions
Refactor AddRegionToVector function in Compiler.cpp
Refactor Compiler.cpp so the "Main" region is one continuous region
