Describe the bug

Package generator error
Error: Tasks with versions 'Power Platform Tool Installer :0., Deploy Package:0.' are not valid for deploy job 'Deploy' in stage CI.

To reproduce

Midway through running:
yo @capgeminiuk/powerapps-project:azuredevops

Installation will throw error trying to Create 'Package Name' release

Expected behaviour

No version errors for:

  • Power Platform Tool Installer
  • Deploy Package

  • generator-powerapps-project version 0.6.6
  • Power Apps CLI version 1.34.4
  • Power Apps environment version 9.2.24093.200
