(Minor) UI Scaling

Despite reducing the sizes of the columns in the plugin interface, shrinking the size of the window does not properly scale downwards. It would feel more natural if the lined columns stayed in place, even as the interface size shrunk (minus to the point it would change design, but currently it shrinks in an un-natural way.
