  1. Run node index.js
  2. Run ngrok http 3000
  3. Config on developers.facebook.com

Hi,
I realized a little tutorial of how to connect to Facebook Messenger. https://github.com/roeeyn/NodeChatbot
It's in spanish, but I think you can use Google Translate for getting it in English.
