This PR refactors the
Bindercode so thatBoundNodes no longer carry their ownDiagnosticBags. Instead,DiagnosticBags are centrally managed at the application level and are injected intoBinders and analyzers/rewriters. This should result in significantly reduced allocations ofDiagnosticBagobjects, especially whenBoundNodes are being re-written. A similar change will be coming toSyntaxNodes as well.
