[BUG] Timeless Eye, item you pick up after completing a legendary quest "All-Seeing Eye" is impossible to obtain if you miss it initally.

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

After completing the quest "All-Seeing Eye" which is a legendary questline, Anachronos channels a spell and you're supposed to pick up an item called "Timeless Eye". If you pick up the next quest without looting the eye, you can no longer pick up the eye afterwards, nor can you complete the next quest, leaving you unable to progress. If you abandon the quest, you can't pick up the quest again.

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Abandoning the quest should allow you to pick up the quest again and allow you to pick up Timeless Eye, so you don't get stuck on your legendary questline.
