[#SomeChanges Suggestion] Crystallized Firestone taking the slot of an item on boss drops specially in 10m

Description

Getting only 2 pieces of loot in 10m is already pretty low. And having Crystallized Firestone taking of of those item slots feels kinda bad. Having it on a separate loot line would be nice since loot is already pretty scarce in 10m..

This is a bug by the way, these were not taking loot slots earlier this tier, and there are posts from 2011 confirming this should be an extra drop on all difficulties and not taking loot.

We received 2 "Crystallized Firestone" and a "Zoid's Firelit Greatsword" from Lord Rhyolith last week, completely replacing his actual drops.

Can this issue's label be updated to [BUG] instead of [#SomeChanges] please?
