[BUG]Quest: Patience and Understanding not working

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

When you talk to Sal'salabim, he turns hostile for 1 second, does not engage you and goes friendly.
You can attack him while he is hostile and repeat that several time until he drops to 1 health.
Then nothing happens

       Take quest https://www.wowhead.com/cata/quest=10004/patience-and-understanding
       1. Talk to Sal'salabim and select "Altruis sent me. He said that you could help me."
