[BUG] Frostfire Orb sometimes causing crazy healing increase

1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Frostfire Orb has a chance to increase healing received by a very big amount, supposedly x4

1.2. How to Reproduce

     Have a mage use Frostfire Orb on you
       1. Heal yourself
       2. Notice how some of your heals will be increased by a lot

2. Expected Behavior

2.1. Description

Frostfire Orb should not ever increase healing received under it's effect. If anything it should provide a healing reduction by 10% if the mage has talented Permafrost.
