[BUG] Arena Spoils not dropping Ironweave Mantle

Ironweave Mantle is still supposed to drop from the Arena Spoils chest.

I am now at 222 clears of the Arena Spoils without seeing the Ironweave Mantle drop.

It’s challenging to find consistent drop rate data for Cataclysm Classic specifically, but here’s what I’ve gathered from Wowhead:

Classic Era: 33%
TBC: 30%
WotLK: 29%
SODS1: 67%
SODS4: 23% (lowest recorded estimate)

Using the lowest drop rate of 23%, the probability of not seeing the Ironweave Mantle after 222 attempts is astronomically low—approximately 0.00000000000000000000000006%
