1. Current Behavior

1.1. Description

Since the July 11th, patch, when a player completes the quest "The Forging of Quel'Serrar" in Era, they receive the buffed version of Quel'Serrar that was supposed to be exclusive to Season of Discovery. Players that currently have Quel'Serrar are unaffected.

1.2. How to Reproduce

       1. Have an Era Warrior or paladin that completed The Forging of Quel'Serrar before the July 11th patch
       2. Have a separate Warrior or Paladin that completed The Forging of Quel'Serrar after the July 11th patch
       3. Compare the two Quel'Serrar items
