This is in the lists tab view:

Lists that users are on whose owner is no longer active needs to be de-hyperlinked and maybe need an additional indicator that the entry is from a user's account that is deactivated.

This is needed because when an account is deleted, the records aren't deleted.

From my investigation, the did will show if the user can be resolved (deleted) so that can be used as the case that triggers this.
