Guns spawned without bores

Describe the bug

Inside a military outpost, the rifles spawned without bores attached. The SMGs spawned properly, but some rifles are missing their bores (M4 and M27). The M249 spawned without issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Find/spawn a military outpost (not sure if this behavior is exclusive to the military outpost or not).
2. Check to see if the guns have bore. The M4 and M27 were the only ones missing bores in my save. Again, not sure if the bug is exclusive to only these weapons.

Expected behavior

I expected that rifles inside a military outpost would have their bores attached, or nearby if they had disassembled them for servicing.

This bug does not cause the game to crash.

An AR-15 spawned without a bore on a zombie cop in the same save.

looks like dupe of #79299, fixed in #79311. if you have the save from before upgrading to your version, upgrading again should fix it.
