Describe the bug

There no software on e-devices and e-storages. While in previous versions they was.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create world
2. Find lots of e-devices stuff
3. Read all
4. See there no even one software file

Expected behavior

Should be software on e-devices, there some recepts like computer practice what wants software like Hack Pro.

Additional context

Mod Xedra have software craft recipes like MatheMax and others. Recept spawns only Software without USB, which desapeared if player will drop it.

And I just founded misc software at hazardous waste sarcophagus. Don't know if it spawns only here, if I'll find other software in other places, and not only misk software I will close that Issue.

Still Xedra have problem with software recipes, don't know should it be another PR, or can leave this be
