Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The one thing im quite bothered is the fact theres no way to remove NPCs or monsters through dialogue or EOC, mainly because i want to use it as a way to take down this mannequin NPC i mod into the game.

@Standing-Storm would like to use such thing to simulate teleporting the traitor in the refugee center to another dimension in MoM mod.

Solution you would like.

Add the ability to remove NPC/Monster through dialogue/EOC

Describe alternatives you have considered.

It would also make Boann's retaliation behave much closer to the behavior it's supposed to emulate (teleport the attacker so far away the player won't ever see them again)

A high-power banish works, but it could be improved with this suggestion.
