Button for changing TimeZone

Thanks for your suggestion. Regretfully this is not as easy as just adding a button. The site was intentionally made to use
UTC time everywhere. This is due to my personal belief that developers should get used to use UTC time on their servers,
databases etc. Many people, even in mature projects, disregard this and introduce confusion and bugs eventually.

But returning to your question - you may guess that such button won't change timezone on the server, of course (since server
is one for all users). So it should change time shown to given user on various pages. This is not difficult, but definitely some
amount of work to find out all pages showing time here and there - so let this issue hang open for some time - I'll come to
implement this later, but probably not right now (as currently I'm trying to dedicate some efforts to adding some new class of
tasks).
