To complete this issue, create a function to "enter" the leaderboard which does the following:

fetches the latest leaderboard data from create database and server #16
if player just finished playing, send their score to create database and server #16
display leaderboard, something like this

NAME   SCORE   TRIBE
TOM    1500    BASH
JIM    900     PYTHON
BOB    100     CSS
