Repeated Task Creation Error

Hello,

The past few times I've attempted to submit a task to DIRT/2D, it seems to fail at the "Creating" stage. I've tried different accounts and different input/output combinations and received the same error each time. First experienced this error 6/26.

I've attached a screenshot below of the error I'm getting, but some keywords appear to be "Failed to prep environment" and "RuntimeError: can't start new thread". The minutiae of the line numbers changes, but those keywords are in each error.

Pardon if this issue has been addressed already, I tried sifting through the Github and Google Group pages, but didn't find anything that seemed particularly correct.

Any suggestions or advice on how to remedy the problem is greatly appreciated!
