I recommend that we replace all cases of using "login" as a verb with "log in" -- for example:

Restricted access - please login to continue.

Because...

  • "Login" is the noun (or adjective).
    • Examples of correct usage: "local login button" "Drupal login form"
  • "Log in" is the verb.
  • "Log into" -- so far, I'm finding mixed results on this phrase; I think it's okay to leave as-is (i.e. "Log into Drupal").
