Now database from config has to exist.
influxdbUrl: 'http://127.0.0.1:8086/INFLUXDB_URL'
We can create database automatically if it doesn't exist.

Need to describe behaviour before implementing the task.
Maybe 1) add question about creation and 2) special flag for answering "yes" to question
