While editing Volpiano for MS 0073, a user got the error usually encountered when creating malformed new chant pages. I replicated this as well:

Not sure yet if this happens on other MSS or for other kinds of actions--investigating.

Oh, I see--there seem to indeed be two 23v sequence 1 chants; once I changed one, the problem went away. How this happened in the first instance, I'm not sure (are there other cases?), but our user was a bit confused to encounter the error here (since he was intending to edit chants that had been fine before.)

Changing the title of this issue, since it's more a question of whether what is happening is clear to the users than a true bug.
