On an object-store installation, a default xmpRightsWebStatement can be specified as a default value for all new records. It is also possible to change the value but it might be a good idea to have a list of what the installation is allowing to avoid potential licence issue.
This is an interesting challenge. Even if we stick with the requisite & branded OGLv3 & whatever is its URI, this is not a license accepted by GBIF and so our AAFC data would remain indefinitely dark and unpublishable.
I doubt we can accept nd because well, we need to make derivatives. And, I'd really like to discourage nc because that means no use in wikipedia. But, it's here for completeness-sake.
