Currently the README.md for this package is simply the README.md which existed for readoutlibs, with some sed-based swap-and-replaces. However, it doesn't account for the fact that the code from readoutmodules also was added to this repo (see DUNE-DAQ/daq-release#379 for details). This should be fixed (as well as any other relevant updates to the documentation; not sure how up-to-date it's been kept).
