"couchbase-lite-ios" ver. 1.3.1 No Longer Available

couchbase-lite-ios 的 1.3.1 还是用的 latestbuilds.hq.couchbase.com，这个网址已经没有办法访问了，导致 pod install 不成功。更改 version 到 1.4.4 可以解决这个问题。

然而， couchbase-lite-ios 1.4.4 在 Apple Silicon 上的 Simulator build 还是有些问题，可能长远来看迁移到 3.x 版本会比较好。
