Security Policy

Supported Versions

We are committed to maintaining the security of PyTweetToolkit. Currently, the following version is being actively supported with security updates:

Please ensure you are using this version to benefit from the latest security patches and updates.

Reporting a Security Vulnerability

We take the security of PyTweetToolkit seriously. If you discover a security vulnerability within the project, please help us by reporting it to us in a responsible manner.

Please do not report security vulnerabilities through public GitHub issues.

Instead, please send an email to [email protected] with the details of the vulnerability. We appreciate your effort to responsibly disclose your findings and will make every effort to acknowledge your emailed report within 48 hours.

What to include in your report:

  • A description of the issue and where it occurs.
  • A description of the steps required to reproduce the vulnerability.
  • Any potential impacts of the vulnerability.

  • We will respond to your report as soon as possible for you.
  • We will keep you informed as we assess and address the issue.
  • We aim to handle all security issues with transparency and speed.
