At the line 1010 and 1030, there is this link:

https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win64/static/ffmpeg-4.1.3-win64-static.zip

You must change it with:

https://web.archive.org/web/20200916091820mp_/https://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/win64/static/ffmpeg-4.1.3-win64-static.zip
