Hi,
I built my environment with the setting you posted in one of the issues. My torch geometric version is 1.7.2. But still, it does not work for the ppi dataset and I get this error "AttributeError: Can't get attribute 'DataEdgeAttr' on <module 'torch_geometric.data.data'". Can you help me with this?
