Extend JIRA Integration for engagement

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
In our team we're using Jira to communicate with Developers and since we don't need separate Tickets per FInding, as they are creating such themselves inside their Projects we're using Engagement for this. The issue is that Engagement Jira Integration is based on Epic by default and therefore missing Notes<->Comments and Status synchronization. So any comments are only displayed inside Jira Ticket and status must be changed manually.

Describe the solution you'd like
As a DefectDojo user, I want DefectDojo to send and receive Jira Comments as Notes. I also want to synchronize Closed/Reopened status between Engagement Jira Ticket and Engagement in a similar way to how Findings are synchronized.
