The manufacturer of the scroll wheel recommends adding a simple RC debouncing circuit, and there currently isn't one.

This is intentional ATM, RC denouncing inherently adds latency as it smooths out the voltage differences. This may be something we will need to have, but I had chosen to implement fancy denouncing in firmware instead since we would be able to design what tradeoffs we want to have for it.

Feel free to add them and we can just not place them if we decide to do it all in firmware.
