Hide unpopulated folders in the class config selection box

This would avoid confusion and having people select folders for configs that don't exist (and then not realizing they are actually falling back to live)

Or as an added bonus, have the menu display the file versions ("_version = "1.2 - Live",) rather than the folder (which I realize may be substantial added work for not as much benefit as this issue's title).
