various theme issues (used to be: many popouts are fully transparent)

Describe the bug

Gonna put many issues into one report, might not be ideal but doin it anyways :ayylmao:
1. reaction hover menu is fully transparent partially fixed in #68
2. summaries unread marker is unthemed
3. summaries selector is fully transparent
4. summaries in an unread thread overlaps with thread controls, while fine otherwise
5. soundboard is fully transparent fixed in #68
6. emoji react in vc both is fully transparent and also doesn't let you choose other emojis fixed in #68
7. occasionally while watching a stream in vc the theme will flash to the background image, without theming
8. edit: themed x button overlaps with the open vc chat button

Additional context

These are mostly frosted glass issues, not betterdiscord issues, i verified with the theme off.
The exception is 5, where the unread marker and summaries just don't appear, w discord ig

it seems the fix to #68's fix to # 1 doesn't apply to forums, as forums reacts are still fully transparent (discord whyy)
