Hello, could you please indicate in your file environment.yml the versions of the packages needed to run your code? I'm sorry to say, but it is pretty difficult to run your code. I have colleagues who also tried to run it and they gave up.

Would be awesome if you could do that. Also, it facilitates the reproducibility of your work.
