Missing releases/tags

The last tag or release for this project was for 1.14.1, but NPM currently has 1.18.0. If not too much of a hassle, it'd be helpful if there were tags with release notes. Unfortunately, the project doesn't have a changelog that I could find, so the only way to tell what's changed is to read the git log in reverse order. Without tags, however, it's hard to see what's changed between versions since 1.14.1 because there's no SHA associated with them.
