Should dolibarr image come with clamav?

Should dolibarr image come with clamav? probably not since it would be super easy to run the clamav container image next to the dolibarr container image, but I do believe that the dolibarr container image should come with enough client side tools to send the files to the clamav container image for scanning.

This probably means an IP:port rather than a socket. At least I'd prefer an IP:port because then I can just contain it all inside my pod.
