Parece que esta mal decir "month report" deberia ser "monthly report".
definitvamente no es "this steps" es "these steps", etc....

Yo propongo que deberia ser:

1. Select a year
2. Select the month of interest
3. Select one or more building/urbanizations that you are interested in. If you don't select any the report will include all registered places in Domotina.
   "
   Como referencia antes estaba asi:
