US unit aliases and easier customization

This release make US units aliases without the 'u' suffix (e.g. flozu can be entered as floz) and adds an action to create a custom conversion definition file in the user folder for easy customization.

Support Keypirinha's space_as_tab setting

Now Cvt can work for people who use Keypirinha with space_as_tab=yes
