Change the folder permission

I've identified a potential issue with some folders on the FTP server created by previous team members between 2018-2019. The folders in question have permissions set to drwxr-xr-x, which only allows the owner to write new files into them. This may cause issues for other team members who need to access and modify files within these folders.

Next Step:

1. Identify affected folders and files: Conduct a thorough review of the FTP server and staging folder to identify all folders and files with similar permission issues.
2. Notify owners and request permission updates: Reach out to the owners of the affected folders and files via email, requesting their assistance in updating the permissions.

James cannot change the ownership, so he helped to change the permission to allow the group to write the 261 folders and the files in the folder. It is done and Yue checked it.
