I'm going to create a new page "Access, roles, and permissions" to replace the page https://docs.egi.eu/internal/helpdesk/account-and-privileges/

The content will be based on https://confluence.egi.eu/display/EGIHLPDSK/Roles+and+Permissions+Guide and https://confluence.egi.eu/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=278856856
