Add a compset alias for running fully coupled with MOM and mizuRoute

We should add a compset alias for running fully coupled with MOM and mizuRoute.

Looking at the current compsets I suggest the one added should be:

B1850MOMmz

We are just working on getting mizuRoute coupled to MOM for B cases, so we'll start off using long-names for the compset names. Once, we have something working it would be good to add an alias to make it easier to add to standard testing.
