Revert "Updated Quick start to CTSM development with git (rest)" This reverts commit 257b349ff7f1874c291400906aa942dce2cff1c9. This reverts 'main' to 'master' for now. We'll un-revert this once we actually rename from master to main.
Updated Quick start to CTSM development with git (rest)
Add another caveat about doing an update to the latest master
Add some notes about rerunning checkout_externals
Revert "Use manual numbering for footnotes" This reverts commit ebde997976200f9917bd36769ff91cb55cd23aed. This didn't solve the problem, and is harder to maintain, so I'm backing it out.
Use manual numbering for footnotes Links weren't working properly on the GitHub wiki for auto-numbered footnotes. I'm hoping that manually numbering them fixes the issue.
Add documentation on merging latest changes from master into your branch
