This tool could do more of the total workflow required for building the documentation.

For example, it could checkout the doc-build repo from a location (using a cfg file to specify the location: see also #1) (rather than specifying repo-root - or maybe it gets cloned to repo-root).

For example, it could commit and possibly even push the built docs.
