I'm the creator of a software called Mod Manager that regroups many mods to easily install them.
I really want to allow people to have visibility over this mod but to do that, you need to use the release section of github properly because Mod Manager uses the github API to automatically allow people to download latest release.
For that, you can either attach to your release a .zip file or the .dll mod file (or both). For example, this mod is supported by Mod Manager : https://github.com/Brybry16/BetterPolus/releases/tag/v1.1 and provide both .dll and .zip.
