From W3C validator :

Character Encoding mismatch!
The character encoding specified in the HTTP header (gbk) is different from the value in the XML declaration (utf-8). I will use the value from the HTTP header (gbk).

I'll try to inspect it, but it may be hard to detect to good encoding to use.

The website related to this feed has however a good encoding declaration, thus, the "Show full content" feature is working.
