Add option for default "Show full content" status #214

In a recent update, "show full content" has been enabled by default. This breaks rendering certain (phpbb) RSS feeds.

Can you add an option to turn it off by default?

Totally agree, it's really annoying, I've just switched back to Flym because of this issue :-(
