Not getting bmfont to work inside a Project

Hey there,

Sorry to bother you with this, but maybe you can help.
I really like your demo so I am trying to integrate this into my Three.js-App.

I installed your project locally and all works fine. After looking at your code, I tried to integrate this into my project.. But instead of Letters each char is just a "colored box".
I added the same Text in both projects, and the out put is this: (see screenshot)

As far as I can see, the data is getting rendered the same as in your project, but the output is different.
Do you have any idea where I missed something?
