- Default USE_ESP8266_BACKPACK to true for Frsky_TX_R9M target
- Hide FAST_SYNC and enable it by default behind the scenes
- Deprecate LOCK_ON_50HZ, disable by default
- Warn Microsoft Windows users about & character in their OS user username. That is not supported by our build tools
